Why doesn't my bill change no matter how many visits I receive during the month?
If you're on budget billing, your rate is based off of 40 yearly visits. If you've chosen to take advantage of this discounted, flat rate, your bill won't fluctuate whether we service your pool 5 times and stopped by an extra time to complete a diagnostic/repair or during the cooler months when we've serviced your pool 2 or 3 times. Most of our customers receive between 42 and 50 visits a year and enjoy our "no extra charge" policy for visits beyond regular maintenance. We guarantee, you'll get at least 40 visits during 12 billing cycles or your next filter cleaning is on us.
How do I pay my bill?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, personal checks, and money orders. Each month we'll e-mail or snail mail your invoice for services we've performed the previous calendar month. The e-mailed invoice will have a link for you to pay your bill online with our secure Wave Apps System. You can also choose to store your payment method for automatic billing for future invoices. When will I receive credit for referring another customer to MVP Services?
Your refer a friend discount will be reflected in the next billing cycle after your friend or family member pays their first bill.
